What We Do
Raise Awareness
Operation Overhaul Inc's goals, is to raise awareness of the reality behind the stigma that prevents First First Responders suffering from PTSD to seek help. By doing so, we aim to reduce the stigma behind these brave men and women and assist them in seeking help.
Stop the Stigma
Firefighters, and First Responders are their own worst enemies, many believe that PTSD is a sign of weakness and refuse to seek mental help. We aim to remove this stigma and encourage victims to take of their mental well-being.
Outreach
Operation: Overhaul Inc. is unique from other nonprofit organizations because we reach out to Fire and First Responder Organizations to provide assistance, education, and other resources, without waiting for them to come to us!
